Over the past 15 months, we have developed EVnSteven, an app-based cloud service that enables property managers to utilize existing electrical outlets for residential EV charging. 

EVnSteven.app is now available on the App Store and Google Play and is being adopted worldwide in condos, apartments, motels, and hotels as a zero-cost alternative to installing proprietary networked EV charging stations.
